Welcome to Brickhouse 737

Brickhouse 737 is a gathering place that focuses on community, farm-fresh ingredients, hospitality & travel-inspired dishes. The concept was created by Ouray locals Hans Vanderploeg & Chef/ Co-Owner Cory Sargent. They are working with local farms, dairies and ranchers. That way we can provide you with contemporary American cuisine that is both creative and approachable.

We will be open 7 days a week from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for dining-in and take out. We encourage reservations because of limited seating but walk-ins are still welcome.

Amazing Art

The main dining room is decorated with work from local artist Emily Palmquist. All the art is for sale. Her art is changing regularly, lending a dynamic feel to the restaurant’s interior. Come and gaze upon Emily’s extraordinary paintings as you enjoy Brickhouse 737’s gastronomical delights.

Delicious Dishes

There are so many choices. As a starter try the fried Brussel Sprouts with Portuguese sausage, miso vinaigrette and maple candied macadamia nuts. Or as entree choose between Elk Bolognese, Miso glazed Skuna Bay Salmon or Steak and Fries.  S’mores for dessert… so many delightful choices!

Planning an event? Please be aware that because of COVID-19 restrictions we cannot hosts parties larger than 8 people. We are following developments closely and will ease restrictions as soon as we are allowed too.
