What is Burrata you might ask? Wikipedia: “Burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese (occasionally buffalo milk) made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture”.
This starter with pickled and roasted beets, port reduction, baby kale, burrata and grilled country bread has a well-balanced combination of flavours. Add a glass of pinot noir to this bouquet of taste and you have a winner! #brickhouse737
